Once approved, we build together with regular check-ins and zero surprises. After launch, you get 30 days of support, with optional ongoing maintenance if you want to stay hands-off.
Most websites launch in 6–10 weeks, depending on scope and how quickly we move together. When feedback and content come in on time, things often wrap up sooner. You’ll get a clear timeline upfront, plus weekly updates so you always know where things stand.
Once you submit the form, I’ll review your details and reach out with any quick follow-ups. Then we’ll schedule a short call to connect, talk through your goals, and make sure it’s a good fit. No pressure, just a relaxed conversation about what you’re building and how I can help.
I use a simple visual feedback tool that lets you leave comments directly on the design, like digital sticky notes. It keeps everything organized and easy to follow. We’ll also have weekly check-ins to review progress and stay aligned.
You’ll work directly with me from start to finish. Everpeak Strategic is my small business here in Washington state, and every project gets my full attention. I don’t outsource or hand work off to strangers. Everything is done in-house, by me.
